📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for banking applications, including core banking systems, payment gateways, and other financial software.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to banking operations.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of all support activities and resolutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and test software updates and patches.
• Assist in the implementation of new banking applications and systems, ensuring seamless integration.
• Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on the use and maintenance of banking applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Proficient in using banking-specific software and tools such as Core Banking Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or FIS).
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and hardware components.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards (e.g., Basel III, AML, KYC) is a significant advantage.
