In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head bartender in preparing and serving drinks to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the bar area and ensuring that all drinks are served in a timely and efficient manner. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head bartender in preparing and serving drinks to customers,Maintain the bar area and ensure that it is clean and well-stocked,Stock and organize bar supplies and equipment,Assist in training new employees on bar procedures and protocols,Ensure that all drinks are served in a timely and efficient manner,Assist in preparing special drinks and cocktails for customers,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines,Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the bar area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,At least 1 year of experience in a bar or restaurant setting,Strong communication and customer service skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Basic knowledge of cocktail recipes and preparation techniques,Familiarity with bar equipment and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
