📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials.,Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training effectiveness.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Assist in the development and maintenance of learning management systems.,Support the creation and distribution of training materials and resources.,Assist in the coordination of external training providers and vendors.,Provide assistance in the development of learning and development strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development or HR role.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
