📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct on-site technical assessments and troubleshooting to ensure optimal tire performance.
• Provide training and technical support to customers on proper tire maintenance and usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the tire industry, with a focus on technical support and field engineering.
• Certification in tire technology or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using technical software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of tire specifications, performance standards, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
