📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Developing and implementing strategies to improve the company's performance and profitability.

Managing the company's workforce, ensuring that all employees are motivated and productive.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, and making recommendations for improvement.

Leading and mentoring the management team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Representing the company at industry events and conferences, and networking with other professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
