📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial records, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and identify potential risks.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with auditing standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
