PT Bhakti Kartika is looking for a Lead Internal Audit to join our team in Maros. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing internal audit activities to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a passion for maintaining high standards of integrity and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure thorough and efficient audits.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the internal audit team, providing guidance and support as needed.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.,Collaborate with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
