Seed Store Nusantara is looking for a passionate and experienced Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that meet the needs of our employees.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Identify and evaluate training needs of employees and recommend appropriate solutions.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure that learning programs are relevant and effective.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them achieve their career goals.,Work with other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives align with the company's overall goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
