📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our team.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to determine the most suitable candidates for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on recruitment best practices and processes.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
