📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting targets and tracking progress to meet or exceed expectations.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster business growth and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
