Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting the Area Manager in overseeing the operations of the branch.
• Managing the team and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring the performance of the team and providing feedback.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new projects.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Representing the company at events and meetings.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Area Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of technology and business operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
• Ability to travel as required.
