📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met by following proper hygiene practices.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and present food in an attractive and appetizing manner.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in special events and menu planning as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
