• Utilize HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on manufacturing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
