📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer interactions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to update the team on sales performance and strategies.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
