📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
