📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead and mentor a team of branch managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Represent PT Antar Firdaus at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
