📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Monitor and manage IT security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and user access controls.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems support business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are always cutting-edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Proven experience in IT security and compliance.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ are a plus.
