As a Lead Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the procurement process from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best possible terms.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.
  • Ensure timely delivery of procurement activities and adherence to deadlines.
  • Lead and mentor junior procurement staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
