📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient health status.,Documenting patient information, including medical history, vital signs, and treatment plans.,Assisting with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, as needed.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment, following infection control protocols.,Assisting with patient education and providing information about their health conditions and treatments.,Participating in staff meetings and other team activities to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move patients, as needed.
