📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement detailed ore movement plans to ensure efficient and safe transportation of ore from extraction sites to processing facilities.
• Monitor and analyze ore movement operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ore movement activities with other mining operations.
• Utilize advanced software such as AutoCAD, SAP, and MineSight for planning, scheduling, and monitoring ore movement activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the safety and efficiency of ore movement operations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff to ensure the continuous improvement of ore movement operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in ore movement planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ore movement planning and scheduling in the mining industry.
• Proven experience with advanced software such as AutoCAD, SAP, and MineSight.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
