📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with various departments to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.,Manage and optimize production schedules to maximize output.,Handle and resolve production-related issues promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing production operations in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and quality control processes.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
