This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Taman Sari.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various roles within the banking sector.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the banking industry.,Strong understanding of the banking sector and its hiring needs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Valid work permit for remote work in Indonesia.
