PT Cempaka Indah is looking for a dedicated and efficient Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, managing cash and inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Manage cash and inventory, ensuring accurate records are kept.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, ensuring compliance with company policies.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.,Assist in training new staff members and providing ongoing support.,Stay updated with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the service department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good mathematical and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
