📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including tracking expenses and revenue.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent supply of quality ingredients.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Lead and mentor the restaurant's staff to ensure they are trained and motivated to provide excellent service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and experience in implementing and maintaining these protocols.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
