📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market position and sales growth.,Manage and lead a team of brand managers, ensuring effective execution of brand plans.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retailers.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.,Develop and manage budgets for assigned brands.,Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beauty industry.,Proven track record of successful brand leadership and growth.,Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in the beauty industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
