📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their automotive needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Provide detailed explanations of service options, costs, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
• Manage customer expectations and communicate progress throughout the service process.
• Upsell additional services and products to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and technologies to provide expert advice.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation to delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service or a related role.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with automotive service tools and software, including QuickBooks, Salesforce, and ASMS.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent is a plus.
