📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, ads, and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain a visual identity for the company, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand strategy.
• Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality visuals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to ensure our visual content remains fresh and engaging.
• Manage and optimize our social media presence, creating and scheduling posts to maintain a strong online presence.
• Provide design support for other departments as needed, ensuring all visual materials meet the company's standards.
• Analyze the performance of our marketing materials and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail.
