📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure the security and availability of our servers and cloud services.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements for our IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions align with business needs.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration.
• Proven experience with network and server management.
• Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
