📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze production data using tools like SAP and Excel to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment, performing regular inspections and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues and prevent recurrence.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices and new technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP and Excel for data analysis and process optimization.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Ability to travel to different sites as needed.
