📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Enter, update, and verify data in various systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and maintain CRM systems, including Salesforce, to optimize customer relationship management.
• Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members on data entry and CRM best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management and CRM.
• Assist in the implementation of new data entry and CRM processes.
• Work with UK-based operations to ensure seamless data flow and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry and CRM administration roles.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and other CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
