📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microneedling, using high-end professional equipment.
• Consult with clients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique skin concerns and goals.
• Maintain and organize the spa's product inventory, ensuring all treatments are conducted with the highest quality products.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in aesthetic medicine, attending workshops and training sessions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and well-cared for during their visit.
• Collaborate with the spa team to develop and implement new treatment menus and promotional offers.
• Assist in the training of new staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise to maintain the spa's high standards.
• Contribute to the spa's marketing efforts by sharing client feedback and treatment outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Active license as a Licensed Aesthetician, with at least 2 years of professional experience in a spa or clinic setting.
• Proven experience in performing facials, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare treatments.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and products in aesthetic medicine, such as LED therapy, microneedling, and radiofrequency devices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to consult and educate clients effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple treatment sessions and client appointments efficiently.
