📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach a variety of subjects in both Indonesian and English to students in SMP (Middle School).
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with national and international curricula.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities to promote a love for learning.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices.
• Use educational technology tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Kahoot to enhance the learning experience.
• Promote a positive and respectful classroom environment that values diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in both Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of international curricula and best practices.
• Experience with educational technology tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Kahoot.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for fostering a love for learning and promoting diversity and inclusion.
